Nutritional Khichadi...

Healthy Khichadi


Ingredients;

1 cup Wheat Rava
1/4 cup moong Dal
1/4 cup crushed carrot
1/4 cup crushed potato
1/4 cup finely chopped Beans
!/6 cup Peas (Optional) 
1/4 cup Crushed Paneer(Optional)
1 small spoon Jeera (cumin)
Pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tbs Turmeric
5 cup water





Method;
Take 1 spoon Ghee in the Pressure cooker, Add Jeera, asafoetida, now add turmeric, add all the vegetables. now mix all the vegetables very well with the help of spoon. now add wheat rava and Moong Dal in it after this you can add salt and add water in the all ingredients..add 5-6 cups water...In pressure cooker cook it on low flam...after 5-6 bissell....Now your kichadi is ready for eat...At the time of serving you can add some butter and green coriander..


Believe me its very nutritional and testy, its very good specially for small children's.

PEANUT CHUTNEY

Ingredients:

 1/2 cup peanut
2 green chilies
few coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
5 tsp Curd
Salt To Taste
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
1/2 tsp oil


Method

    Soak peanuts in little water for half an hour. Shell them and keep aside.
    Chop the green chilies. Blend the peanuts and chilies.
    Add salt, Curd and cumin powder and mix again.
    When Serve it take oil in a big spoon add mustard seeds add it into chuteny... 
    We can use it in the Fasts   also with using Vrat salt..

HEALTHY AMLA CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
100gms Green Coriander (Cilantro)
5-6  Amla
2-3 Green Chillies
1 small Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt

Method :


   Clean and wash the coriander, Amla, ginger, green chillies.
   Chop the amla into small pieces and remove the seed.
   Chop green chillies and ginger.
   Put all the ingredients in a mixer and for better tast you can use stone hnd grinder make it into a fine paste.

Yummy Tomato Chutany.....:-)

Tomato Chutany:



Ingredients

1. Two middle Size Tomato
2. Green Coriander
3. one Green chilly
4. Two pieces Garlic
5.  Ginger
6. Salt


Method:

First Take all the ingredients except Salt, Wash all the things.... Take all the ingredients in Mixture jar or you better result we can use stone hand grinder, mix salt in all the things and grind it....Its ready now...
Now ready a easy and tasty chutany...you can serve it with Rice-Dal, Pakoda, samosa, Patties...

Eggless Tutti-Frutti Cookies Recipe


Preparation: 10-12 mts, Baking: 12 mts
Makes approx 28-30 cookies
.
Ingredients:2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup custard pwd
3/4 tsp baking pwd
big pinch of baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
tutti frutti for garnish
1 Sieve maida, baking pwd, baking soda and custard pwd.
2 Blend the sugar and oil till smooth. Add the sieved ingredients to the sugar-oil mixture. Add vanilla essence and mix well to form a dough. If the dough doesn’t become stiff enough to roll out into balls, add a few tbsps of cold milk or water and chill for a few minutes.
3 Pinch bits of dough and shape into balls and slightly flatten. Or you could alternately pipe the dough into small balls. Garnish with tutti frutti, by slightly pressing into the dough. Place on a greased tray and bake at 180 C for about 10 -12 mts or till done. Once baked, the cookie will feel soft on touch but once cool it will harden. If you over bake beyond the mentioned time limit, you will have a very crunchy cookie.
4 Cool on a wire rack and store in airtight container.....

Semolina Kheer

SEMOLINA KHEER
1 TB. SP. SEMOLINA
1 CUP MILK
1 SP. SUGAR(ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE)
1 CARDAMOM.
BRING THE MILK TO BOIL
ADD THE SEMOLINA GRADUALLY WITHONE HAND AND KEEP THE MILK STIRRING WITH OTHER HAND.
LET THE SEMOLINA COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
ADD SUGAR AND STIR.
COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.
POUR IN A GLASS BOWL.
YOU CAN ADD THE CARDAMOM WHILE THE MILK IS BOILING.

Matar ke chilake ki sabji

सामग्री :
250 ग्राम मटर (छिल्के सहित), 1 चम्मच कूटा धनिया, 1 चम्मच तेल, सभी मसाले, 1 चम्मच कूटा अनारदाना।

विधि :
मटर की फलियां धोकर पोंछ लें। एक तरफ से फलियों को थोड़ा छील लें और उनमें सब मसाले मिलाकर भर दें। एक कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके उसमें मटर डालकर 2-3 मिनट तक हल्की आंच पर भूनें व ढंक कर 5 मिनट तक पकाएं।

बीच-बीच में उलटते-पलटते रहें। चाय या नाश्ते के समय परोसें।
